Breakfast - Ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on asiago cheese bread.

Breakfast - Ham, egg, and cheese sammy (I watch 30 Minute Meals too much) on asiago cheese bread.

Lunch - Michael Angelo's Frozen Eggplant Parm. Pretty good actually.

Dinner - We went to Moe's and I was a good boy. I had an Overachiever steak, black beans, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos and guacamole. I also put down a fair number of chips. Hey that's better than a Homewrecker (a burrito the size of my head).

Dessert - We saw an ad for the new Philadelphia Cream Cheese cheesecake filling. That + Premade Oreo Pie Crust = Easy yumminess. Of course it's not really GOOD for you, but hey what're you gonna do. Besides eat fruit. Which I should. *sigh*

Biiig old eatin out day.

Breakfast - Suasage & Egg McGriddle

Linner (Drunch?) - Chili's has some new burgers and I had the SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE BACON BIG MOUTH BURGER. Extra thick-cut (about the thickness of a regular McBurger) brown sugar & chile-rubbed bacon topped with smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings and mayo. Served with ancho-chile BBQ sauce on the side. I felt my arteries clogging as I ate.

No evening meal, just some milk and a few parmesan, garlic snack crackers.

Breakfast - Cup o' oatmeal w/ brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and 2 cups coffee.

Lunch - 1/2 cup of tuna salad + half a pita and an apple.

Snack - Double cheezburger from McD's. That tuna didn't stick. ;)

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, mashed taters, and collards.

Dessert - Choclate milk + Baileys

I'm going to have a shot at an actual food diary. I really, REALLY need to shed some pounds. Maybe this will help shock me into seeing how much goes down the pie hole.

Breaky - McDonalds McSkillet™ Burrito with Sausage + Hazlenut Iced Coffee. In the main this was okay. The potatoes that made up the hash browns portion of this all-in-one hand-breakfast were mealy. The sausage was great. The iced coffee was pretty good actually. No I don't want to know how many calories this was but I'm gonna go look. Can't do this with home made stuff but it might well serve the purpose when I eat out.

Dessert - Bailey's Ice Cream (.5 cup)
