The Accidental Hedonist's Lazy Guide to Italian Food

11/13/09, by Kate Hopkins Email 5056 views • Categories: Italian

Way back in 2004, one of the first projects I worked on for Accidental Hedonist was a series of posts dealing with Italian food. My goal with these posts (as with most of the other articles on this here site) was to learn as much as I could until I lost interest or moved on to another topic.

This entry is nothing more than an index of the posts that I deem relevant to the grand topic that is Italian food. As I haven't looked at these posts in years, several things become apparent. One, many of the posts are cringeworthy. Two, I do need to return to the topic someday in the near future, as there is much I have not covered that I wished to.

Finally, I'm still trying to figure out a way to index the appropriate Italian recipes that I had accomplished over the course of these years. So while I work on that, consider this "guide" a work in progress. Meanwhile, click here if you want a broad account of the various recipes found and made.

My Philosophies Regarding Italian Food

Usual Disclaimer: This is a work in progress, and will likely always be a work in progress. So if there's something missing here, I probably have some plans to address that at some point in the future.

Additionally, I am human, which means I make mistakes. If you see something wrong, I would love it if you pointed me in the right direction. Feel free to e-mail me at Kate AT accidentalhedonist DOT com with any tips, hints, or advice you may have.

Rude and insulting e-mails will be deleted without a second thought.
