The ratios here are listed ounces to grams (oz/g), ounces to grams to pounds (oz/g/lb), or grams to kilograms to pounds (g/kg/lb).

  • 1 oz = 30 g
  • 2 oz = 60 g
  • 3.5 oz = 100 g
  • 4 oz = 115 g = 1/4 lb
  • 5 oz = 145 g = 1/3 lb
  • 6 oz = 170 g
  • 7 oz = 200 g
  • 8 oz = 230 g = 1/2 lb
  • 10 oz = 285 g
  • 12 oz = 340 g = 3/4 lb
  • 14 oz = 400 g
  • 16 oz = 455 g = 1 lb
  • 32 oz = 900 g = 2 lb
  • 1000 g = 1 kg = 2.2 lb
  • 1350 g = 1.35 kg = 3 lb
  • 1800 g = 1.8 kg = 4 lb
