eGullet.org, hands down. eGullet is an absolute gem, and it's run by a very knowledgeable, selfless group of volunteers. A tremendous resource for and network of foodies.

Mouthfuls
http://mouthfulsfood.com/forums/

MUG recently had this to say about them:
"This is a bulletin board rather than a blog, but it's smart reading: recent discussions on Times critic Frank Bruni, Cru, Minni's Hotpot in Flushing, and Cafe Gray."

I would like to nominate the food forums at Another Subcontinent. These are by far the best places on the internet to learn about the food of the Indian subcontinent, both how to make it and where to eat it.

I think its popularity will grow and grow in 2005. I indeed hope so. it's a very supportive place for food bloggers.
